individual therapy
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering individual therapy for adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and the impact of major life changes. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside—and are ready for something to genuinely shift.
My work is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy. This integrative approach allows us to address both the immediate concerns bringing you to therapy and the deeper patterns held in the nervous system and inner emotional world. Rather than only talking about problems, we focus on creating meaningful, practical changes while honoring your lived experience.
I support individuals dealing with:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and emotional numbness
Grief and loss
Trauma and complex relational experiences
Major life transitions and identity shifts
Relationship challenges and attachment patterns
Chronic health issues and their emotional impact
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and attuned. We move at a pace that feels safe and respectful, while gently building insight, resilience, and internal trust. IFS allows us to work with the different “parts” of you with curiosity rather than judgment, somatic therapy helps regulate the nervous system and release what words alone can’t reach, and solution-focused work keeps us oriented toward growth and forward movement.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered—both within yourself and in your relationships—so you can move through life with greater clarity, stability, and ease.
individual therapy for divorce and separation
I specialize in individual therapy for adults navigating divorce, separation, and custody-related challenges. This work is designed for individuals seeking grounded, strategic emotional support during one of the most consequential transitions of their lives.
Divorce and custody matters are not only legal processes, they are profound emotional, relational, and nervous-system events. Therapy during this time requires discernment, containment, and a deep understanding of family systems, attachment, and the psychological impact of conflict and change. My role is to provide a steady, neutral therapeutic space that supports clarity, regulation, and sound decision-making.
I work with individuals who are:
Preparing for separation or divorce
Actively navigating divorce proceedings
Involved in custody or co-parenting disputes
Adjusting to post-divorce or post-separation life
Managing high-conflict dynamics or parallel parenting arrangements
Experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, or trauma related to family restructuring
My approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Therapy, allowing us to address both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns activated during this transition. Together, we work to stabilize the nervous system, process grief and loss, strengthen internal boundaries, and develop practical strategies for communication, co-parenting, and emotional resilience.
This is not therapy focused on blame or rehashing conflict. The work is intentional, forward-moving, and designed to help you remain regulated, clear, and grounded, particularly when legal, financial, or parenting decisions carry lasting consequences.
Clients often seek this work to feel more emotionally steady, confident in their choices, and supported in maintaining their integrity throughout a challenging process. My goal is to help you move through divorce or custody transitions with greater stability, self-trust, and long-term psychological well-being—for yourself and, when applicable, for your children
